I have been a chef for over 15 years before I turned into a professional photographer and food stylist; I owned my own restaurant in Torino – La Cave du Jour – and I have worked in the most amazing kitchens throughout Europe and Australia. I am currently based in Sydney and I am committed full time to food photography.
